The Role
• Coordinates with the Managers for approved manpower requirements and initiates recruitment as specified according to the manpower budget.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance to meet the budgeted requirements.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Source candidates from social networking sites, consultancies and other appropriate channels of recruitment.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Post selection of the candidate seeks job approval from respective authorities before issuance of offer letter.
• Collects credentials & other related documents & create personal files of the selected candidates
• Maintain & update comprehensive interview, shortlist, selection details and other related notes in the Recruitment Tracker.
• Maintain personal files with accurate documentation of all employees as per the standard checklist.
• Ensure issuance and filing of different types of internal letters and salary certificates in personal employee files.
• Maintain update-to-date records of all employees on HRMS

Requirements
This position incumbent is responsible for Data analysis, MIS, Presentations, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, Performance Management & assist Functional HR Ops in HR Operations & Exit formalities for respective unit.

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training: Graduation in any discipline.

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training: HR Certification in any (MBA/PGDM)
