Job Description:
Responsible for organizing and up keeping of Electrical, Mechanical, D G Sets, Air Conditioners, LT and HT Panels, Water Sumps, Plumbing , Housekeeping , Gardening , Landscaping, Parks, GYM and all common areas in our Tourism Department.
Adhere preventive maintenance schedule and maintain preventive maintenance log books
Maintain inventory of Assets and stores materials
Should be First point of contact to all departments and vendors.
