Kakinada (AP): A 50-year-old tenant farmer allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison in Vetlapalem village in the East Godavari district, police said today.
The deceased – N Rambabu was unable to repay loans. He consumed poison on December 16 following which he was admitted to Government General hospital Kakinada, a police official attached with Samarlakota police station said.
Rambabu died today. A case has been registered in this connection and investigation was underway, police said.
