Karachi: All those who loved Sonam Kapoor’s chemistry with Fawad Khan in ‘Khoobsuart’ can take a sigh of relief as the Pakistani heartthrob might star against Sonam in ‘Battle of Bittora.’
Previously, it was reported that Fawad backed out of the film due to his reluctance to perform intimate scenes, reports the Dawn.
But, in a recent interview the 34-year-old actor said, “It was more of a matter of time-lines not being able to match than anything else. So ‘Battle of Bittora’ is something we are yet to sit down and talk. I am yet to hear the updated draft of the film.”
“The first draft was there but they were wanting to revisit the draft. But by the time that happened Sonam was already doing Neerja. I was also committing to other things,” he added.
Further, Fawad also revealed that Anil Kapoor, who is producing the film, and Sonam are also looking at other actors and he is not the only option.
Fawad will be next seen in Shakun Batra’s ‘Kapoor and Sons’ that stars Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra and will also do a cameo in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.’ (ANI)
