Washington D.C., Oct. 10 : ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ screenwriter Kelly Marcel has been hired by Disney to write ‘ Cruella De Vil,’ from 101 Dalmatians.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 41-year-old writer is working with ‘Togetherness’ co-creator Steve Zissis on the story of the Disney franchise.
Earlier, screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna worked on the script for Cruella, produced by Andrew Gunn.
Disney has dated four untitled live-action films drawing from its animated vault. (ANI)
