FIMA wants Du Ba Du programme in gulf countries too

Hyderabad: President Federation of Muslim Association Syed Iftekhar Ahmed told that Siasat editor Mr. Zahid Ali Khan is serving the country and community through his newspaper. The planned manner in which Siasat is working for economic and educational development of Muslims, is worth emulating. Paying tributes to the national and community services of Siasat and its editor, Mr. Ahmed further said Siasat’s endeavours include 12 Muslim reservation movement, recruitment of Muslim youth in government jobs especially in police department, campaign against extravagant marriages, guidance to Muslim students for central and state scholarships, etc.

Apart from the above activities, Siasat also renders Du Ba Du matrimonial service which has gained popularity not only in India but in gulf and western countries as well. Federation of Indian Muslim Association which is the combination of 17 organisations is a representative association of Indian culture and heritage in Kuwait. Mr. Syed Iftekhar Ahmed apprised Mr. Zahid Ali Khan of the activities of FIMA and requested him to organise Du Ba Du programme in gulf countries too.
