Job Description
Only local candidates are preffered.
Finalization of Standalone Financial Statements of the Company.
Overall control over the Consolidated Financial Statements as per Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.
Ensure Compliance, financials, projections, operational cash flow management and periodical closing.
Finalization and Reporting of Operational results – monthly, quarterly and annually, within the set time limits of the stand alone entities
Consolidation of Financial Statements and reporting of the same.
Coordination, planning and active dealing with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly limited review, Annual Standalone & Consolidated Accounts of Company.
Compliance knowledge of India legal, statutory and tax issues, and transfer pricing policies and tax assessments.
Management of Taxation including compliance with Transfer Pricing and Sales Tax/VAT regulations. Costing and Project Planning.
To coordinate with the tax advisors, legal and Government bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements
Coordination and dealing with Internal Auditors for improvement of internal controls in various business and support functions.
Management information reports – Business wise profitability, Variance analysis with detailing, Cash flows & forecasts required for Management Decisions.
Knowledge on Imports and Exports will an added advantage.
Preparation and adopting new changes in the field of Accounts & Tax.
Prior working knowledge on ERP (JDE Edwards / SAP) shall be added advantage.
Salary:INR 8,00,000 – 12,00,000 P.A
