Firing of crackers, playing loud music on roads banned

Hyderabad: Following complaints from the public, Cyberabad Police Commissioner-cum-Additional district magistrate C V Anand, IPS, has prohibited bursting of crackers/throwing of fireworks on public roads, public places and function halls without prior permission of the police.

In a pressnote here, the Cyberabad police chief has stated use of DJ/orchestra in public places, functions, processions under Cyberabad police limits are strictly prohibited. He also banned use of drone cameras at functions, function halls, public places without prior permission from police. He also warned that any person found violating the order will be prosecuted.

CV Anand stated firing of crackers and playing of loud music was causing disturbance to peace, students and public health. (NSS)
