The first ever Global Telangana Convention will be held at Dallas, Texas from June 3 to 5. Telangana Development Forum (TDF) will be organising the event with the active help of Telangana organisations in the USA. A large number of Telanganites from across the globe are likely to attend the convention.
Vishweshwar Kalavala, president TDF-USA told that Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao, UPA chairman Sonia Gandhi, foreign minister Sushma Swaraj are being invited. He further informed that Telangana Development Forum is the single largest Telangana organisation representing Telangana people overseas.
TDF has already executed various programmes like Jai Kisan project and many more projects will be taken up. Over 5000 people from across the globe are expected to participate in the event.
