Hyderabad: In recognition of contributions of Mohammad Quli Qutb Shah, the first Saheb e Diwan Urdu poet and founder of the great Hyderabad city, the university decided to organize annual Mohammad Quli Qutub Shah Memorial Lecture from the current academic year.
It is a matter of honor that the Hon’ble Vice-President of India, Shri. Mohammed Hamid Ansari has given consent to deliver the first memorial lecture on 13th April 2017 at 12.30 hrs. The venue for the lecture is indoor stadium and live streaming on LED wall screens will be available at DDE auditorium and Center for Urdu Culture Studies (CUCS).
