New Delhi : Launching an attack at Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who has been alleged by KPS Gill claiming Jaitley of favouring his daughter in Hockey India Federation, the Congress party on Wednesday said that it follows the principles of Mahatma Gandhi but cannot sit like a dumb, deaf and a blind person
“Now that his party is talking about his resignation, he (Jaitley) should go for it. We are bringing the facts, we can’t sit blindly. We follow the principles of Mahatma Gandhi but we cannot sit like a dumb, deaf and a blind person. There has to be something wrong, otherwise the issue doesn’t get raised randomly,” Congress leader Renuka Chaudhary told ANI here.
Former Punjab DGP K. P. S. Gill had earlier today written to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal complaining against Arun Jaitley over irregularities in Hockey India.
Arun Jaitley is already under the scanner for alleged corruptions and irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association. (ANI)
