A 24-year-old man died of injuries which he sustained when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a DCM van.
The accident took place near Ghatkesar crossroads on Thursday night. The victim, Ramakanth Reddy, suffered a grievous head injury. He was immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
In another case, P Ramesh, 40, of Medchal, succumbed to the injuries which he suffered after the bike he was riding was hit by a tractor near his residence. He met with the accident on Thursday night and died at the Gandhi Hospital on Friday morning, according to Ghatkesar police.
In a different case, 34-year-old B Venkat Rao of Sai Nagar Colony died of a grievous head injury which he sustained after he was hit by a motorcycle near LB Nagar crossroads. He met with the accident while crossing the road on Thursday night. He was taken to Osmania General Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
In a separate case, E Balakrishna, 30, of Uppuguda, died after he was hit by a tractor near Kanchanbagh crossroads on Thursday night. (INN)
