Hyderabad: Hyderabad High Court has stressed upon the Govt. of Telangana to instruct its officials through a circular for admitting the students in all the non-minority private schools from weaker sections free under RTE 2009. This order was issued by the division bench of Hyderabad High Court consisting of incharge Chief Justice, Justice D.B. Bhosle and Justice S.V. Bhat on a Public Interest Litigation petition filed by a voluntary organization.
