Job Description:
– Being the face of the company to office visitors, it is very essential to maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct
– The employee will be the first point of contact for clients and employees. You will answer and screen phone calls, greet visitors and assist clients with their questions or concerns and direct them to appropriate resources for further help
– Handling Walk Ins
– Handling and coordinating employee queries and requests with the management
– Assisting the Human Resources during recruitment period and fun at work initiatives
– Provide Administrative support to the management
– Maintaining and updating the visitors register
– Managing the meeting rooms booking and occupancy
– Other essential duties as directed by the management
