Bikaner: Bikaner police today claimed have busted an intra-state gang of vehicle lifters with the arrest of three persons from here and recovering eight SUVs and three motorcycles from them.
The accused were identified as Roshanlal Bishnoi, Farsaram Bisnoi and Shyamlal Bishnoi, all residents of Bikaner district.
The trio was involved in vehicle thefts in Bikaner, Nagaur and Jodhpur districts of Rajasthan, Inspector General of Police Bipin Pandey said.
The gang comprised of a total of 10 members and a hunt for the rest of them is on, he said.
The accused stole five jeeps from Bikaner, two jeeps from Nagaur, one from Jodhpur and three motorcycles from Bikaner and Jodhpur. These vehciles have been receovered from them, Pandey said.
