Positions Process Associate / Process Developer – Technical Support
Answer Call and emails handle tickets related to IE, MSOFFICE, OS, Network related issues, Printers , Mobile Devices & Account Administration
Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally.
Above all take full ownership of the Incident from Creation to Closure

Qualifications Required :
The Candidate should be a Graduate (BSc, BA, BCom,MA) with Good acumen Knowledge on Windows XP / 7, MS Office 2007 / 2010, IE 6/8, Outlook 2007/2010, Networking Concepts , Technical certifications would be an added advantage
The candidate should have excellent command over English – fluency in spoken English and good written English, customer service skills, high energy levels and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.
Fresher Can Also Apply with excellent communication skill.
