Purpose of role:
The person will be like a COO s responsible for complete BPO Business. He will predominately be a Business development and sales profile who is a generalist and can drive and run all lour Contact centre (BPO) effectively and profitably wile overseeing all aspects of the business, existing relationship and new business development along existing and new business domains as his main focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Scaling up existing business by leveraging current capability and client relationship.
Identifying New business opportunities in existing and new verticals
Performance monitoring, focus to maximize revenues.
Operational reviews and creating sustainable revenue model
Lead a core team of Delivery heads, center managers and sales and Pre Sales professionals for strategic sales in the domestic market
