Job Description:

Should have good Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge in MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, IE6, IE8, Basic Networking Concepts, Operating Systems like Windows XP, Windows 7, VPN, troubleshoot incidents on mobile devices like IOS/anroid/ windows, Basic BSOD Knowledge , startup issues and other End user related queries
Should have good problem solving capability to resolve incidents and ensure no resolvable incidents are dispatched.
Good Computer acumen
Good communications skills
Responsibilities:

Answer Call and emails handle tickets related to IE, MSOFFICE, OS, Network related issues, Printers , Mobile Devices & Account Administration
Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively
Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository
Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Above all take full ownership of the Incident from Creation to Closure
