Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) : The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board today announced the results of Class 10 and Class 12 examinations.
87.66 percent students passed in Class 10, while 87.99 percent students passed in Class 12.
This year, all the top five candidates in high school and intermediate board exams are girls.
Sakshi Verma from Barabanki district topped in class 12th board exam, while Saumya Patel from Raibareli district got the first position in High School merit list.
More than 28 lakh students passed class 10 examination and about 25 lakh 66 thousand examinees have been declared successful in class 12 board exam.
About 200 prisoners also successfully cleared their board exams for class 10 and 12. (ANI)
