Goond Ki Ladoo

1.5 cups – Wheat flour (atta)

3 tbsp – Edible gum/goond

1/2 cup – Powdered Sugar

1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder

Nuts – of your choice

2tbsp – Ghee for frying edible gum

3tbsp – Ghee for roasting Wheat flour


Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour.

Roast it on slow flame until the flour turns golden brown in color. Allow it to cool a little.

Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the edible gum until they get puffed up and transfer it to a paper towel.

Now, add the fried edible gum, roasted wheat flour, cardamom powder, nuts, powdered sugar and mix well.

Make ladoos from the mixture.

Goond ke Ladoo are ready
