Job Description:
Role Summary:
Responsible for data gathering and GL Reconciliation for Government Pricing calculations to ensure accurate submissions. Assist with variance analysis of calculations on monthly and quarterly basis. Perform AdHoc analyses and projects to support any government pricing requirements. Responsible for SAP updates including COT validations. Streamline and manage Medicaid Invoice Process and manage the Dispute Resolution process using external data.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in GL Reconciliation for all Transactional Data used for Government pricing calculation
Monitor Medicaid invoices, Medicare Part D and Tricare Payment are paid on time
Maintain and Validate all domain and transactional files (Sales, Chargebacks, Rebates,
Customer Master, Product Master)
Assist in Performance of calculations of various prices for Government Pricing
Perform Monthly and Quarterly variance & trend analysis to explain changes in Government pricing
Responsible for assisting in all internal and external Audit
Responding to SOX Compliance requests
Operating Network:
Internal: Front Office, Home Office
External: Third party vendors
Educational qualification & Experience:
MBA/ CA- Inter with 2-3 years of experience in GL Accounting. Understanding of Pharmaceuticals industry (Government Pricing, Medicaid, Rebates etc.) is desirable to analyze the Pricing Calculations and knowledge in SAP.
