Hyderabad: Govt. of Telangana had taken a decision to auction Govt. lands to collect revenues. As its first phase, more than 3.25 acres of land situated at Shaikpet Mandal of Hyderabad would be auctioned. These lands are free from litigations. Land prices have been fixed at market rates. In Nandi Nagar it would be Re. 1 lakh and in Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills etc it would be Rs. 75-80 thousand per sq. meter. These lands would be auctioned through Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation.
