Govt. not serious over 12% reservations: MBT

reservations to Muslims

Leader of Majlis Bachao Tahreek (MBT) Mr. M A Habeeb incharge Riyasat Nagar division in his press statement said that the government seemed non-serious over implementation of 12% Muslim reservations. He recalled that on the occasion of 2014 general elections State Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had promised to provide 12 percent reservations to Muslims but now government is paying no heed to the issue. Equating TRS to Congress and Telugu Desam, he told that TRS was also adept at raising false hopes among Muslims to attain power.

Mr. M A Mujeeb maintained that if KCR was truly serious on the issue of providing reservations he must make practical moves to settle the issue.
