Hyderabad: Keeping another promise of clearing fees reimbursement and scholarship arrears, the state government today released funds. The Government has released Rs 3,061.69 cr towards fees reimbursement. In a similar way, it released Rs 282.19 cr towards fees reimbursement and scholarships for Tribal students in the state. It may be noted that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has announced in the Assembly during budget session that the pending funds of fees reimbursement will be released without any further delay. He also made it clear that officials will be asked to release the same on timely intervals to avoid inconvenience.
