The Government of Telangana has released a sum of Rs. seven crores under Non-Plan, as additional funds towards the payment of pending mess dues for the period 2005-2014 to Osmania University, treating it as a Special case.
The Osmania University Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Ramachandram thanked the Chief Minister, K. Chandrashekar Rao and Finance Minister, Etela Rajender for their gesture in sanctioning the amount to Osmania University. (NSS)
