Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will now start an online submission of occupancy certificate applications.
This will include 100 per cent online facilities related to building plan approval system. The application must be submitted from a user login through the Development Permission Management System (DPMS) application with attached required documents.
After submitting, the application will directly go to the login of scrutiny officer to be processed. The facility will be applicable for all permissions granted through online approval system and manually approved files, Telangana today reported.
A periodical inspection reporting system will also be introduced by the applicants concerned and officials in order to keep a regular check on construction carried out as per sanctioned plan and to periodically record the stages of the construction.
