Stating that Mallannasagar project was a gift to the Nalgonda district, MP Gutha Sukhendar Reddy today accosted TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy as to why they were obstructing the project.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Gutha said Nalgonda will get irrigation water to 2.20 lakh acre. He wondered as to why TPCC chief Uttam and local MLA Komatireddy, who extended cooperation for construction of Pulichintala project which do not provide water to Telangana, was obstructing the Mallannasagar project.
Gutha demanded that the Centre immediately solve the Telangana advocates problems. He said it was painful that the High Court suspended the Telangana Judges Association president and secretary. He suggested that the High Court immediately withdraw suspension of the Judges. (NSS)
