Governor E S L Narasimhan today called on Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh here.
The Governor reported to have briefed Rajnath Singh about the prevailing situation in the two Telugu-speaking States. After the meeting, the governor said stern action would be taken against educational institutions for ragging. He will soon call a meeting with ministers concerned of two States to discuss about the ragging menace.
Instructions have been given to take strict action against those involved in ragging, the Governor said. (NSS)
