Haj pilgrim from Hyderabad dies in Arafat

A Haj pilgrim from Hyderabad, Aterwale Mujeeb Ur Rehman, passed away in Arafat on Sunday. He was 70.

According to Telangana State Haj Committee Special Officer Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Mujeeb Ur Rehman was a resident of Nawab Sahab Kunta in the Old City of Hyderabad. He was accompanied by his daughter and son in law. Expressing his grief, Prof. Shukoor spoke to the bereaved family members both in KSA and Hyderabad.   He instructed the Khadim-ul-Hujjaj to provide necessary assistance to his   accompanying relatives.

Meanwhile, he said that the Haj pilgrims from the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have completed their Haj today and tomorrow they will stone the Big Satan, offer sacrifice and shave their heads.

He said that the Khadimul-Hujjaj are in regular touch with the State Haj Committee and informing the conditions of the pilgrims who are currently in Makkah. (INN)
