A Haj pilgrim, Mohammed Ahmed Ali, of Malakpet area died yesterday after a brief illness in Makkah Muklarrama. He was 73.
He had gone on Haj pilgrimage along with his son Mohammed Mubeen Ahmed (20) under Reserved Category on 2nd September. His last rites were performed in Makkah and burial took place there only.
Special Officer State Haj Committee Prof. S. A. Shukoor expressed his profound sorrow over the demise of the pilgrim and prayed for his soul to rest in peace. (INN)
