Hajj 2017 Camp begins, intending pilgrims start arriving

Hyderabad: Hajj 2017 camp has begun on Saturday. Hajj aspirants of first two batches have reported their arrival. Hajj reporting began at Hajj House, Nampally, at 10 am on Saturday under the direct supervision of Special Officer Telangana Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor.

Aspirants of two flights to embark on August 14 reported on Saturday 48 hours before the journey. Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel reviewed the arrangements at Hajj House. He also interacted with the intending pilgrims and enquired about the problems faced by them. Pilgrims will fly through Saudi Airlines flights.

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali will flag off the first batch of pilgrims which will embark from Hajj House at 11 pm, on the intervening night of August 13 and 14.

Chief Minister K Chandrashker Rao will flag off 4th batch on August 15 at 4 pm.
