Hajj pilgrims will get SIM card in Saudi Arabia

Hyderabad: Govt. of Saudi Arabia has made some important changes in connection with arrangements of Hajj 2016. Pilgrims will be given SIM cards after they reach Saudi Arabia. Train services will be available for only 35000 Indian pilgrims where as bus service will be available for the remaining pilgrims.

Chief Executive Officer Central Hajj Committee has issued circular to all state Hajj Committees in which the details have been provided with reference to Council General Jeddah. Special Officer Telangana Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor told that Saudi Telecom Regulatory Authority, Communication and Information Technology Commission have made finger prints mandatory for registration and use of pre-paid and post-paid SIM Cards. He told that the SIM cards will be provided after the pilgrims reach Saudi Arabia.
