Hyderabad: Irrigation Minister, Mr. Harish Rao told that CM of Telangana, Mr. KCR has been concentrating on making RTC profitable. He was addressing the meeting of TSRTC union for getting recognition. He told that Mr. KCR is fully aware of the functioning of RTC. He is the only Chief Minister who concentrated on the functioning of RTC and took steps to make it profitable. He abolished contract system in RTC. He also provided 44% fitment benefit to RTC employees. People feel satisfied by travelling RTC buses. Due to the special interest of KCR, GHMC provided Rs. 18 crore for the development of RTC.
Transport Minister, Mr. Mahinder Reddy, Chairman of RTC, Mr. Satyanarayana and MD, Mr. Ramana Rao also addressed the gathering.
