Head Constable dies of heart attack during poll duty

A head constable died of heart attack while performing duty during by-elections for Narayankhed Assembly seat on Saturday.

The Head Constable, Hari Singh, attached to Patencheru Police Station was deputed at a polling station in Kondapur mandal where he suffered a massive heart attack and died.

In another instance, a videographer who was recording the polling process in Nehru Nagar of Narayankhed fell unconscious while shooting. He was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. (INN)
