New Delhi: Heavy rains occurred at isolated areas in Udaipur and Jodhpur divisions in Rajasthan, while light to moderate rains were recorded at several others places in the state.
Pipalkhunt in Pratapgarh recorded maximum of 12 cm of rain since yesterday, while Jhadol in Udaipur recorded 11 cm. Many other areas received below 10 cm of rain till morning since yesterday, weather officials said.
Kota, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Dabok, Jaipur and Sriganganagar also recorded 8 mm, 6.2 mm, 5 mm, 3.2 mm, 0.3 mm and 0.1 mm of rain till evening since morning today, according to a Met report.
The weather department has predicted heavy rains at isolated areas in the state during next 24 hours.
