Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
Project Technology risk Assessments for new application or infra changes.
IT RCSA coordination and tracking of residual risks.
Is responsible to oversee the PKI management and conduct periodic reviews/risk assessments to ensure risks are addresses to be in compliance with the internal/external auditors and regulatory requirements.
Is responsible to maintain the inventory of all PKI assets along with IT Operation Team.
Is required to be part of review of all PKI approvals and other review requirements.
Should maintain an accurate inventory of CA key generation ceremony materials including storage locations; CA activation materials and shareholder assignments; and smooth & secure operation of key ceremonies.
Is required to coordinate with the business units and Bank’s management to assess the PKI requirements of the organization.
Is responsible to implement and/or execute management’s decision related to PKI.
Will manage the process of End User PKI Certificate creation process and shall maintain inventory of all certificate issues, suspended, revoked, expired, renewed along with the token inventory.
Is expected to coordinate with internal and external audit teams, including audit from regulators, and respond to audit requirements.
Skills:
Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science or equivalent in related domain.
Certification like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC is a must.
5 or more years’ experience in Technology Risk role.
Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 3100 & ISO27001 standards and security best practices.
Knowledge of MAS compliance or NESA.
Experience in handling external compliance auditors.
Knowledge of ISO21188 standard and WebTrust guidelines.
