The Role
Position: Civil or Electromechanical Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil or Electromechanical Engineer to handle a portfolio of insurance claims within UAE. The base will be in Abu Dhabi and the adjuster will be responsible for handling his own caseload on a ‘cradle-to-grave’ basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• You should be able to demonstrate a proven record of Engineering Insurance claims
• Relationship management
• Reporting to Executive Management
• Maintain company service standards
Requirements
Main Competencies and Qualities
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Energetic
• Ability to travel
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and/or Arabic
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Other engineering or insurance qualifications are compulsory
Experience
• At least 5-7 years of field experience in UAE
About the Company
We are a holding company with claims management and medical clinic divisions operating under its umbrella, catering to clients in the GCC.
Our claims management division was established as a service provider to offer end-to-end Claims Services which include quantifications, presentation and negotiation of claims between parties in dispute, to ensure a fair and successful settlement. The medical clinic division is currently restructuring with the intent to diversify to different segments of the medical business.
