Job Profile:
Marketing Activities responsibilities:
– Prepare & record the requested marketing activities proposals & approvals.
– Assist the trade marketing department recording the proceeded activities, following needed formalities.
– Assist the trade marketing department controlling the whole commercial budget spending.
– Submit ROI analytical reports.
Sales Reports responsibilities :
– Analyzes sales performance in light of sales goals, and identifies areas of weakness the company can address to improve sales.
– Assist the sales department with several sales achievement analytical reports with several dimensions (sales by city , department , sales supervisor , salesman , category , item )
– Develop weekly and monthly sales achievement (and lost sales) reports.
– Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
– Develop monthly off-take reports for the key accounts.
– Prepare the sales team monthly commissions.
Logistic Reports responsibilities :
– Assist the logistic department controlling inventory, backup stock, and preparing the purchasing forecast by analyzing the sales records per item, per city.
Management Assistant responsibilities :
– Assist management to prioritize business and information needs.
– Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
– Evaluate risks, and propose solutions.
