To ensure that the ISPs are managed and enabled to deliver on all customer related KPIs consistently.
To ensure healthy and profitable ongoing relationship with ISPs.
To improve productivity continuously while balancing with quality.
To ensure the quality of ISPs is up to the mark to provide delight to the customers.
Monitoring and Driving ISP performance according to laid down norms:
(These have to be delivered by working through the ISP owner / manager. The ISP owner / manager will work with the ISP team)
oTake Measures to ensure that the ISPs conform to all laid down norms and requirements.
oMonitor KPI and SLAs that ISPs have to deliver on. Ensure long term problem solving / root cause wherever required.
oMonthly Forecast and Planning for manpower, Monitor Manpower availability as per plan.
oEnsure Manpower quality. Audit and training of installers on laid down parameters. Take Corrective action.
oROE discussions with ISPs towards ensuring Accurate and Positive ROEs
oManage Reward and Penalty: by ensuring ISP is able to earn rewards and maintain profitability.
oTrade satisfaction gathering feedback from ISPs and recommending corrective actions
oProvide inputs on ISPs for selection, enhancing / reducing territories and separation related decisions.
