Job Description:
Teach Students spoken English and develop their speaking and writing skills.
Handle small batches of diverse crowd on different training programs.
Able to deliver and motivate students through effective training methodologies both in
group and individual classroom dynamics.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and
practices to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Conduct specific training need assessments to support the design, development and
delivery of training programs and strategies.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Motivate students to take up job and counsel them for better career.
Plan and facilitate activity based learnings and make students participate in the same.
Educational Qualification:
1. Must be Graduate or Post Graduate in English from an English medium educational
institute with atleast 1-2 years of English teaching experience
2. Must have basic computer skills.
Compensation:
(12,000/Month)
