Job Description:

 Teach Students spoken English and develop their speaking and writing skills.

 Handle small batches of diverse crowd on different training programs.

 Able to deliver and motivate students through effective training methodologies both in

group and individual classroom dynamics.

 Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

 Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and

practices to ensure maximum effectiveness.

 Conduct specific training need assessments to support the design, development and

delivery of training programs and strategies.

 Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

 Motivate students to take up job and counsel them for better career.

 Plan and facilitate activity based learnings and make students participate in the same.

Educational Qualification:

1. Must be Graduate or Post Graduate in English from an English medium educational

institute with atleast 1-2 years of English teaching experience

2. Must have basic computer skills.
