The Role
This is an urgent requirement, only immediately available candidates will be considered. Must be available to start within 2 weeks!

The newly appointed General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. He / She should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the hotel’s service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
Responsible for managing the hotels management team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A General Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Must be available to start within 2 weeks! (not negotiable)
• Relevant University Degree
• 15-20 years minimum experience in large luxury reputable hotels, 5 years minimum as a General Manager
• Proven success track record in opening, managing, repositioning/rebranding of hotels
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Gulf, ideally UAE
• Highly intelligent professional with outstanding management skills and hands-on experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
