Job Description:
Conducts conceptual and detailed design (blueprint) activities against project requirements and delivers a detailed blueprint and solutions design document within FI/CO module area covering all required aspects.
Must have at least one years of S4 HANA/ Simple Finance with at least one full end to end implementation experience.
Mentors and develops more junior team members within FI/CO module on technical/ process areas to share knowledge and experience and build the capability of the team.
Ensures the configuration/ development and realization of solution components within sub-domain/ module are fit for purpose and of appropriate quality on all project engagements and are delivered on time against stated project plans and scope.
Engages and communicates with key user groups through forums and other means to discuss future sub-domain/ module issues and opportunities and proactively contributes to the setting of the sub-domain area direction and strategy.
Undertakes Functional Lead role on project activities.
Worked on SAP Integrated Business Planning for Finance
Ensures standards, processes, and procedures are adhered to and that there are appropriate quality management controls in place to assure the quality of all work products .
Proactively contributes to all associated project work streams ensuring appropriate knowledge and information is exchanged to drive successful project outcomes. This includes (but is not limited to) Cutover, Data Migration, Testing, Training, Business Change Management, and Service Transition.
Configuration of JVA company codes, recovery indicators, billing indicators, JIB/JIBE codes, billings, supplemental detail, manipulation rules and JVA processes (i.e., overhead calculations, cash call reclassifications, partner/convenience netting, cutback, suspense processing)
Creation of JVA master data such as joint operating agreements, joint ventures, equity groups and equity types
Execution of JV periodic processes such as issuance of call calls, execution of cash call re class, generation of joint interest billings, payout statements and net profits statements
Generation of JV transactional and data reports directly from the source tables (both line item and totals reports)
Understanding of the impacts of JVA to other Finance, Controlling and Logistics objects (i.e., cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements, orders, assets) and processes
Month-End: Foreign currency valuation, Ledger reconciliation, Consolidation and Reporting

Minimum 1 years of S4 HANA experience with at least one end to end implementation is required. Gather requirements for Simple Finance implementation. Develop, Build and Configure S4HANA/ Simple Finance Architecture.
Use of structured systems development and project management methodologies.
Operated in multi-project, matrix managed environment.
Broad understanding of business processes and solutions and solid understanding of how technology is utilized within FI/CO area.
Extensive understanding of solution design and development methods and tools.
Broad functional and process knowledge in sub-domain area.
Excellent business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proven leadership and management experience.
