Kingspan Insulated Panels is looking for an experienced B2B marketing manager to lead and build a dynamic marketing team to support business growth in the MEATI region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey and India).

The successful candidate will be based in our busy regional office in Dubai and will be expected to travel frequently to Istanbul and occasionally to other markets within the MEATI region. They will report to the Divisional Head of Marketing and will manage a small team in the MEATI region to implement marketing strategy.
•Working closely with the Divisional Head of Marketing to implement global marketing strategy and ensure that the
Kingspan brand is recognised as a market leader across our target sectors.
•Working closely with the relevant commercial teams across the MEATI region to understand their business growth
strategy and translate it into practical and achievable marketing plans, and deliver them on time and on budget.
•Implementing global campaigns and new product launches in the region.
•Educating the market about the performance advantages of Kingspan solutions for our target sectors.
•Developing very high-quality product marketing that engages specifiers and drives specification.
•Running the marketing aspect of our installer network programme.
•Managing a small team to develop great marketing in a very fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
•Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and report to the commercial teams and to the Divisional Head of
•Working collaboratively with colleagues in the marketing team across all global markets as we work together to build the
Kingspan brand across the world
•7 to 10 years marketing experience.
•Minimum of 5 years in a technical environment, preferably construction.
•Experience of a project sales environment.
•Degree level in business/marketing essential, qualification in a technical discipline would be a distinct advantage.
•Marketing planning experience (taking commercial strategy and converting it into practical marketing plans).
•Experience managing a small team.
•Capable of generating high quality technical marketing content (brochures, catalogues, sales presentations).
•Experience of running high calibre events, seminars etc. Experience of working within brand guidelines would be an advantage.
•Fluent in English plus other languages in this region.
•International experience would be a distinct asset.
•Must be willing to travel regularly across the MIDDLE EAST region and occasionally to the UK/Ireland.
