Leading Financial Services organisation has an excellent opportunity for a Operations Administrator to develop a rewarding career in Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for an Arabic/English Speaker.
Simply provide administrative support to the Operations Department and provide ad-hoc support to Senior Management and other departments within the group as and when required
This is an all round support role and you will work with all departments within the group
– You will be the main point of support for the Operations department and utilise all office based technology and maintain accurate records
– Manage the phones, diaries, printing and arrange and co-ordinate all meetings between various departments within the group and externally
– This is an all round role and duties will vary from day to day
– To be successful in this role you must be Bilingual Arabic/English.
– Have excellent MS Programme skills, e.g Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, Outlook etc.
– Applicants must have a University education and a bachelor’s degree at least.
– Finally minimum 3 years in a similar role.
The salary is negotiable ranging from AED17k to AED19.5k per month plus extensive Benefits and Bonus.
This works out to be around US$57-64k per annum or £46-51k per annum Tax Free.
