Primary Skills:
Experience in Oracle HCM modules is must.
In depth knowledge in Oracle HRMS, Payroll, PMS, OLM & Talent Management. Ability to understand complex business scenarios in HCM and advise solution with minimum customizations.
Excellent skills in organizing requirements and create functional designs.
Should be well versed in AIM methodology Good client-interaction and communication skills.
Additional Skills:
Experience in SQL, PL/SQL and Form Personalization.
Solid Analytical and Problem solving skills
