Job Description:
The Opportunity:
This role is responsible for the overall product strategy, features, functions and design of the Portfolio products. S/he is responsible for on time product delivery while ensuring that overarching product goals are met, including documentation and setup logistics such as release engineering. Emphasis is also placed on roll-out activities such as Pre-sales, Global Services, Learning Services, the Support organization, and key partners, in order to produce the repeatable services and business content required to successfully deploy each product/application. S/he is responsible for the delivery of technical training where required to Learning Services, Global Services, and the Support Organization. S/he is will be the main advocate for the products through Marketing activities and analyst relations by providing domain knowledge.
You are great at:
Coordinate schedules, priorities, and status with engineering and product leads.
Gather requirements from customers, Sales consultants, and other sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing project schedules, milestones, risks analysis.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage, track and control project issues to ensure timely delivery of products.
Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks, and overall status.
Oversee the creation of new processes and tools as necessary to support additional needs and requirements of the business.
Assist in developing a comprehensive, detailed map of the market landscape, competitive products, and pricing.
Follow SOP for Product Management Processes, to ensure input to a roadmap process, and subsequent communication of roadmap priorities.
Participate in Sprint review meetings, providing feedback to the team and evaluation/acceptance of programmed enhancements to ensure completeness and quality of product
Assist the team with the estimation of development efforts required for each task
Maintain and groom the Product Backlog
Manage business stakeholders by providing timely project progress updates; monitor key dates and checkpoints in a status dashboard or report
Monitor project progress and make constant adjustments based on larger strategic objectives and plans
Maintain constant communication with the development team, providing leadership, guidance and knowledge

Computer Science or related engineering degree or equivalent experience
10+ Years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Technologies VC++, COM, .NET and Databases like SQL and Oracle Server.
Strong / deep understanding of OO design and associated modelling tools.
