The Role
UAE Based Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager that has specific experience in Dubai on site delivery for a Main Contractor . Our client is being VERY SPECIFIC regards what they are after .
They want a Project Manager that has at least 2 Years experience in Dubai having delivered an Infrastructure Project worth 100 Million AED + .
They are open to hiring an Arabic & Western Individual for this role . A bare minimum is a Civil Engineering degree and then boots on the ground experience for a reputable contractor .
You will have a thorough understanding of Dubai specifications , understand the handover process in Dubai and have worked with the RTA knowing their rules & regulations for right of way .
You will contractually and commercially astute and be looking at trying to maximize profit through the entire stage of the project from tender / bid through to the final account .
You will be working very closely to an Operations Manager that runs the Dubai operation . He is looking for someone that has developed up from a Project Engineer – Agent – Construction Manager and that has a real can do attitude .
This role is a 6 day working week and is best suited to someone looking to become a Operations Manager or Project Director in the next 4-7 Years . They are 100% no looking to hire someone looking to cruise and do the bear minimum 9-5 attitude .
The Company has been established 40+ Years and has a reputation for delivery , safety and good employee relations .
They have strong cash flow and always pay employees and sub contractors on time unlike some competitors in this current competitive market . The core business is based upon Structures , Highways , Airport Works , Utilities , Power Stations and they have achieved 2016 goals with ease and have already reached the workload for 2017 so this is an exciting time for the business .
They are looking to interview people before the end of the year and they have 2 projects in hand that you could step straight onto given the right experience and background .

Requirements
The following is essential :
2 Years Minimum Experience in Dubai as a Project Manager
Degree in Civil Engineering
Must have RTA / Infrastructure experience in DUBAI
Managed a labour force of 400+ on site
Have strong references for NSR Associates to take
Solid Career Path that demonstrates loyalty , ability & success
