The Role
Ignite Search & Selection is a niche Construction & Property Recruitment Agency looking to recruit Recruitment Resourcer for our Dubai office.
Responsibilities
– Searching for candidates
– Managing job applications
– Screening and Interviewing candidates
– Arranging and coordinating interviews
– Support of Senior Recruitment Consultants
Requirements
– On a Visit Visa
– No specific recruitment experience required, however, if you have previous Sales experience or experience in a telephone
based customer service role it would be an advantage
– Graduate Degree (Desirable, but not essential)
– Confident interacting and engaging with people
– Excellent conversational communication skills at all levels
– Good understanding of Microsoft Office
