Sales Manager – Middle East

Keen to build on their significant market share and considerable new business opportunities in the Middle East, our client is looking to appoint a high calibre Sales Manager to lead them through a period of tremendous growth, change and opportunity. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the Middle East region. In addition to managing and developing the existing Sales team, this is a customer facing role where you will be expected to “lead by example” by taking personal responsibility for a Sales Territory that includes Turkey, Egypt and Iran. This is a role of extraordinary scope and potential where personal credibility, enthusiasm and the ability to influence demanding and culturally challenging stakeholders is essential. You will have the drive and stamina to cope with regular in-territory travel and fluency in English is essential.
Our proposal : 260,000 AED per annum + Substantial Bonus + In-Country Benefits
Such a diverse, hands-on role calls for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with outstanding leadership and motivation skills, coupled with strategic management and commercial acumen. Current or recent experience of selling high value solutions into complex key accounts within the Snacks, Confectionary and Food sectors would be a real advantage. In addition you will have experience of managing and developing sales teams within the direct and distributor sales channels.
A strong negotiator and communicator, you will be results and relationship driven, tenacious with an infectious passion and enthusiasm that gets results.
