Identifying and establishing connect with all major Private and Public Sector Corporate medical / non-medical administrators
Communicating concept and sign-up of MoU will be critical milestone
Conducting onsite screening and workshops will form fundamental communication tools to attract patients to Hospital.
Skills & Attributes Willingness to travel and work out outside office all day long and sometimes stretch work late or on holidays basis activities planned
Excellent verbal and written communication over English and basic command over Hindi.
Feeling special because of, ability to lead self, work independently without day-to-day supervision
Feeling special because of, go-getter attitude resulting into high decibel of competitiveness
To lead a Sales team, develop, mentor, motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales target.
To formulate a Sales plan, map Sales trend, and propose various Sales strategies in accordance to corporate policy of the hospital
Should have an excellent track record of empanelling corporates .
To drive the initiatives for prospective corporate clients and come up with latest retention strategy.
To establish and run a system driven sales set up by acquiring key corporate clients, Medical Tourism partners, relationship program with TPA’s corporate customers, visiting major customers, conducting review meetings to continuously drive high performance.
